A different kind of journal

Starting today I am keeping a Migraine Journal ... keeping track of when I get my migraines, what symptoms I expereinces, where the pain is, how long they last, what medications I take and if they are effective.

It seems kind of silly to me, but I know that in the end it will help. I will be able to better anticipate when I will get a migraine, and be able to cut it off before it hits full force. All I have to do now is actually remember to write it all down each time.
