Only four days until the BIG TO-DO !! I saw the hall for the first time last night, and had an impromptu pow-wow with my aunts & uncle to discuss the details about food and drinks - sorted out types and quantities an dall that jazz. We seem to be in really good shape for Saturday. I also saw my grandparents yesterday, and they had many many questions about the party. I filled them in on some of the details so they can rest easy until they event. I also prepared them for the fact that I will be taking many, many photos that evening so they should get ready.
I also got a surprising phone call from D last night, which cheered up an otherwise miserable-ish day. I hadn't expected to hear from him, since I had talked to him the day before. It was such a wonderful surprise and made me realize that I really do miss him. Only 7 more sleeps until he comes home : )
