8 Sleeps
Until my Grandparent's 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration, which I am hard at work planning. I have signs to make, and center pieces to create, paper to cut, boards to decorate, food to organize, and family to be in constant contact with the whole time. It's beyond exciting, and I can hardly contain myself waiting for the day to arrive.

11 Sleeps
Until D returns home from his vacation with his parents which began today. I drove him to the London airport for 8:30 this morning and he flew away with his folks for 12 days in Vancouver. I know they will have a wonderful time, and really enjoy their time together and being out in BC ... that being said, it is going to be very strange around the apartment without him. I think by the time he comes home, I will have just gotten used to him being away, but that is ok - I will be glad to have him home again.
And yes, we discussed how he is away for the 50th Celebration - which makes him one lucky guy because he doesn't have to deal with my stress next week, or helping out at the event !! : )
